My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The location was fantastic with lush tropical trees all around, and the beautiful garden and pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff, especially Renata and Wallace, were super friendly and genuinely helpful. The dining experience could use some improvement in terms of the daily rate, but overall, it was a great value for the money.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden; however, the A/C unit was quite noisy. The service was excellent with genuinely helpful and friendly staff who could communicate in multiple languages. The location, with lush tropical trees and a beautiful garden & pool, was excellent, especially for those traveling within Brazil. The dining could be improved, particularly concerning the daily rate, but the wood-fired pizza was a standout. The facilities were good in general.
